Whose Fault Is Malware?

We all know that infected Wndows PCs cost corporations and governments all over the world untold millions — probably billions — of dollars every year.
Not to mention the lost productivity and all of the time and expense that it costs normal computer users to try to protect their Windows PCs from an ever-growing onslaught of viruses, spyware, adware, rootkits, botnets and other types of malware and cybercrime.
But let’s be honest: Whose fault is all of that malware?
I’ll give you a hint: most PC pundits — and Microsoft itself — never tell you the truth.
