Where’s The Any Key?

Regular readers of this Journal know that I’ve used personal computers since 1979, and I’ve done a few decades of providing tech support and training to thousands of people using everything from DOS to Windows to Mac to Linux.
I’m sure that anyone who has worked with that many newbies has a lot of war stories about funny situations that have resulted from new computer users’ misunderstandings and false assumptions about their equipment.
Here’s a site where people can share their tech support stories in a good-natured way, and the best ones are turned into Dilbert-like comics.
