What’s The Deal With Chrome?
September 15th, 2009 by ComputerBob
Its current lack of a few key features prevents it from seriously competing with Mozilla’s Firefox on my desktop, but lately, I”ve been seeing more forum posts and discussions about Google’s free and open-source Chrome browser.
So that made me curious to learn more about it.
If you’re looking for a technical overview of why some people really like Chrome, you could wade through its Wikipedia entry.
But I understood a lot more about Chrome’s many faceted potential after I read the Google Chrome Comic.
And whether or not I ever switch to using Chrome, I hope that at least some of its many advantages will find their way into all other Web browsers.
