Ever since the Flintstones went out for dinosaur ribs and a drive-in movie in their foot-powered car, humans have tried to figure out ways to get from here to there without having to walk the whole way.
Some of those ways — like the Flintstones’ car — have been horribly inefficient and wildly impractical, but funny.
Others, like experimental, one-person, solar-powered vehicles, have been extremely efficient, but not very practical for grocery shopping.
On the other hand, some of them are just weird.
