Top Tech Screw-Ups Of The 20th Century

It sounds like it might be a pretty funny list. At least that’s what I was expecting when I first saw it.
Unfortunately, even though a few of the Top Tech Screw-Ups Of The 20th Century are pretty funny, most of them caused people to die — and a few of them resulted in the deaths of up to tens of millions of people.
It seems that although we humans tend to learn some valuable lessons from our biggest mistakes, we also always find new ways to make even bigger mistakes.
