Ten Accidental Discoveries

As a person who has successfully worked to achieve many goals in life, I have a lot of respect for others who make plans and then work hard to follow-though on them.
Anyone who’s done research knows that the scientific method requires exactly the same type of planning, troubleshooting, dedication and attention to detail.
But we all also know that luck favors the prepared.
Which explains why some of the world’s most important scientific discoveries were made by accident.
