They’ve been on the market for years, but my wife and I still don’t own a digital LCD TV.

No DVI. No HDMI. Not even [more...]

Several years ago, I set up my home network’s router so that my wife and I could each access the Internet from our own desktop computers at the same time.
Then I figured out how to share my computer’s USB laser printer with my wife’s computer.
Then I bought a networked laser printer, so that we could both [more...]

My wife and I have lived in the Sunshine State for the past 7 1/2 years.
We love our home and our neighbors.
And even though there are times when it is stiflingly hot and humid, our area has only gotten down to freezing on three or four nights — for only an hour or two each time — since we’ve lived here. [more...]

My new camera arrived this past Tuesday, right on schedule.
I absolutely love it — except for one thing (see below).
I haven’t had much time to use it yet, but I did manage to shoot a couple of HD videos in its AVCHD Lite file format, and [more...]

It’s been more than six years since my Uncle Dom — the man who had given me my first film camera when I was only 12 years old — gave me my first digital camera, a brand new Canon PowerShot A75.
I liked it so well, that, a month later, I bought another Canon PowerShot A75 for my wife.
Since then, we’ve shot [more...]

Eleven days ago, I told you that I had downloaded and started to use Firefox 4, Release Candidate 1.
Since then, I’ve really enjoyed it.
In fact, after switching back and forth between it and Firefox 3.5.x a couple of times that first day, I began to [more...]
