Tab Candy
July 28th, 2010 by ComputerBob
Almost 6 years ago, I began using Firefox, Mozilla’s free and open source Web browser in Windows, instead of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer.
Since July of 2006, I’ve been using Linux full-time intead of Windows, but I kept using Firefox as my Web browser.
Needless to say, I’ve had a lot of experience using and customizing Firefox.
But there’s a new feature being developed for Firefox that could pave the way for all browsers to change the way that they use tabs.
I wasn’t very impressed when I first read about it.
But then I saw this interesting and informative video in which Tab Candy’s developer shows how it works.
