Spice Reduces Brain Plaque

It’s the stuff that makes mustard bright yellow.
And one of the spices used in a lot of Indian dishes.
But now, it appears that turmeric may also turn out to contain an important new tool in the treatment and prevention of Alzheimer’s and other diseases.
Curcumin is the compound that makes turmeric bright yellow, and “Curcumin has been found in clinical studies to help reduce beta amyloid plaque in the brains of people with Alzheimer’s (and prevent plaque buildup in people who don’t have the disease).”
Amazingly, it happens in as little as one week.
