Plastic That Dissolves In Water

I’ll bet that when you read that headline, you instantly had the exact same concerns that I and probably everyone else has when they read it.
What good would that be? How’s it going to protect my newspaper, groceries, frozen foods, goldfish, etc.? What kind of chemical waste is it going to leave behind?
But don’t worry — its inventors have dealt with those and other concerns.
In fact, the plastic that dissolves in water is up to 5 times stronger than normal polythene, and it doesn’t appear to have any downside — though time will tell, I’m sure.
If it’s really as good as they say, then I hope that it will soon replace other types of plastic, not only in plastic bags, but in thousands of other things.
