PayPal Is Not His Pal Either

Long-time visitors to this site already know that PayPal Is Not My Pal.
Now, thanks to a tip from long-time visitor, Rick R., we know about another guy who has a serious problem with PayPal.
If you are a current or former PayPal user, I’d like to hear about your experience with it. Are/were you a long-term PayPal customer? Have you had any problems with PayPal? If so, did PayPal resolve them to your satisfaction?
If you do a quick Google search, you’ll find plenty of complaints against PayPal. Do they have any effect on your willingness to utilize that service? Please let us know by replying to this story, below.
