Newsweek: The Internet Will Fail

It’s been proven over and over again.
Sports fans can’t do it.
Political pundits can’t do it.
Even television meteorologists with college degrees and millions of dollars worth of technical equipment can barely predict what the weather’s going to be like tomorrow.
Anyone who’s ever tried to do it, knows that even the near future is a constantly moving target that’s nearly impossible to predict.
And “the foreseeable future” rarely is.
So most people who try to predict the future end up being wrong.
But every once in awhile, someone comes along whose predictions turn out to be fantastically, incredibly, infamously wrong.
