I Don’t Even Want This Bike Back

Bad things happen to everyone.
And, no matter how much you’ve done for them, and how much they say they love and care about you, if they’re ever forced to choose between doing the right thing and doing whatever they think is in their own best interest, most people will do the latter, even if it means turning their back on you.
Some of us try to not be too surprised by that behavior. Instead we really love and appreciate our time-tested friends, while we try to take bad situations and shallow friends in stride and find ways to move on with our lives.
On the other hand, some of us take a little different approach when bad things happen.
