Microsoft’s recent “Laptop Hunters” series of TV commercials reminded everyone that Apple Computers cost more than Windows-based computers.
Score 1 point for Microsoft.
But Apple’s new Mac vs. PC commercial strikes back by reminding everyone that you get what you pay for.
Score 10 points for Apple.

I don’t want to be put into any “Fan Boy” catagories … but, here’s my deal. I use Linux on several computers at home. Even my wife’s desktop is Linux (Ubuntu). My kid comes over with his Mac laptop and it is very nice … not to mention that it cost as much as all my hardware combined … and it looks very much like some of the apps I have on my linux boxes … perhaps a bit flashier. Then my other kid calls me about her Windows machine which has this, that and yet another problem.
What I don’t understand is why folks put up with all this junk from Microsoft. I really, truly don’t get it.
