Have Some Midori, M’Dear

Microsoft is reportedly working on “something completely different” that may eventually replace its Windows operating systems.
Codenamed Midori, it’s apparently named after the beautiful green color liqueur with the refreshing and fruity taste of melon.
At first glance, Midori looks to me like it might end up being yet another new Microsoft OS that will contribute far more to Redmond’s bottom line than it will contribute to users’ computing experiences. What do you think?
