Growing A New Head

“Do you have any idea how much that stings?”
Think back for a second and you’ll recognize that line from the scene in Men In Black in which Agent Kay (Tommy Lee Jones) blows the head off of an alien shop keeper (Tony Shalhoub) — who then regrows it in just a few seconds.
Of course, mankind doesn’t have that ability yet, but new research is pointing us in the right direction, with exciting implications for many medical fields.
