Fake ATM At Defcon

In the past few years, criminals have learned how to make a lot of money by installing fake Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) in public places.
Basically, a fake ATM collects its customers’ bank and credit card information and PIN numbers for its owners, who use that information to empty out the ATM customers’ financial accounts.
At least that’s how the process normally works.
But it works a little differently if the fake ATM is in the hotel where the annual Defcon convention is taking place.
