Facing The Truth

She was all over the news the other day.
Claiming that she had asked him to give her three of them.
But she had fallen asleep and he had given her 56 of them.
So she was going to sue him.
It was a compelling story that no one believed — it had no face validity.
Now she’s finally admitting the regrettable truth about what he did to her.
But I wonder if he’s ever going to regret what he has done to himself.
