Easy Ways To Try Linux
April 14th, 2009 by ComputerBob
Regular readers of this Journal know that I’ve been using free, powerful, secure Linux operating systems and software full-time instead of Microsoft Windows since July of 2006. Since then, I’ve writen a lot about how happy I’ve been with my Linux experiences.
As a result, this site gets a lot of visits from Linux users.
However, according to my server logs, the majority of this web site’s visitors are still using Windows.
So here’s an article that covers a subject that’s worth repeating every once in awhile, just to make sure that those Windows users get a chance to see it: Linux For Absolute Beginners: 3 Easy Ways to Test-Drive Linux.
