Craigslist Deals 3
September 10th, 2009 by ComputerBob
My local Craigslist tends to contain a lot of spam posts, repeat posts, commercial posts, posts in which people lie about what their items originally cost, and even a few illegal and fraudulent posts.
But since I generally know what things are worth and I know what I’m looking for, I don’t fall for any of the scams. In fact, I’ve found some great deals lately, as I’ve described in the Related Posts that display underneath this one.
Early this morning, I found yet another great deal on Craigslist. I bought an APC Back-UPS ES 650 uninterruptible power supply (UPS), for only $20. The APC UPS is now protecting my main PC — replacing my capable but less-powerful CyberPower CPS425SL, which is now protecting my secondary PC.
I would normally end this Journal post with a clever pun on the phrase “more power to me,” like I did when I titled three of the Related Posts below, but I couldn’t think of a new one.
Feel free to insert your own here, if you can think of one.
