Blowing Away A Server

Many of us who have worked in PC tech support know what it means to “blow away a PC.”
It’s another way of saying, “reformat a PC’s hard drive,” and you typically do it right before you install or reinstall an operating system.
But a Salt Lake City mortgage company employee recently developed his own definition of the expression, “blow away the server.”
And it got him in a whole lot of trouble.
