Another Google Alternative

Regular readers of this Journal may remember that, one week ago, I told you that I use ixquick.com and Scroogle as my main search engines, because they’re much more secure and private than Google.

But now Google reportedly has a new “opt-out” feature for those of us who don’t feel comfortable with the giant search engine collecting and keeping huge amounts of our private data as well as data about all of our Internet searches.
