Amelia’s Final Resting Place?
October 24th, 2009 by ComputerBob
World-famous aviator, Amelia Earhart, disappeared in 1937 with her navigator, during an attempt to fly around the world at the equator.
No bodies or plane wreckage have ever been found.
Since then, many have speculated that she probably ran out of fuel and crashed into the Pacific Ocean somewhere near her intended destination.
But now, researchers have pieced together several pieces of evidence that suggest that she probably made a forced landing on the uninhabited island of Nikumaroro.
You’ll never guess what they think happened to her bones.
