10 Ultimate Rules For Effective System Administration

I’m currently not a system administrator for anything but my own personal Linux system. Still, I think there’s some good advice that applies to me — as well as to both Linux and Windows users and administrators — in 10 Ultimate Rules For Effective System Administration — even though I don’t necessarily agree with Rule #7. What do you think?
