A company cannot become as huge, rich and successful as Microsoft has without spending a lot of money on a brilliant research and development department.
If you’re curious about the types of projects that Redmond has been researching and developing, you’ll want to take a look at 10 Microsoft Research Projects.
Those are probably all incredible ideas, but did you notice the guy “giving you the finger” in one of the photos?
More importantly, did you notice any projects that have anything to do with making the Windows operating system more bug-free and secure?
