On Saturday, April 5, 2003, I was a presenter at the annual ITeach Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I led a 90-minute workshop titled, "You Aren't Going To Live In That House, Are You?" My workshop took participants through activities to teach them the basics of instructional design by comparing the creation of an E-learning course to the building of a house.
