Poor posture, accidents and injuries all take their toll on our backs.
And experts estimate that 80% of adults will suffer from back pain one or more times in their lives.
If you haven't experienced it, then chances are that you're in for a horrible surprise some day, when you bend or stretch or move or pick up something, and suddenly find yourself an involuntary member of the back-pain club.
Whatever you decide to do about your back pain could easily determine whether you become a lifetime member.
I'm a back-pain survivor. Every once in ahile, my lower-back pain that was so excruciating that I would have to take prescription pain killers, wear 2 elastic back belts to support my spasming back muscles, and spend 5 minutes every morning, meticulously creeping out of bed and up onto my feet.
But I've discovered a way to end my back pain. And hopefully keep it from ever coming back.
For the whole story, please see my Journal entries:
People who haven't experienced back pain have absolutely no idea how it can completely take over every thought and every movement of every day and night.
But I hope that my Journal Entries on that subject will help bring hope and good back health to those who have experienced it.![]()
